These draft terms outline the intended relationship between you and Singly. They are placeholders and will be replaced by reviewed terms before launch.

Your business is yours

You own the companies, code, content, domains and accounts Singly creates or operates on your behalf. Singly does not take equity or a share of your revenue.

Subscriptions and usage

• Plans are billed monthly.
• Expensive external work (for example ad spend, paid data or heavy compute) may be billed as usage.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

Autonomy and approvals

You control how much Singly may do without asking. You remain responsible for the decisions you approve and for your business’s compliance with applicable laws.
