Singly for side businesses

Who it’s for

For people with full-time jobs and something they’ve always wanted to build.

  • Engineers
  • Managers
  • Accountants
  • Nurses
  • Doctors
  • Lawyers
  • Consultants
  • Finance professionals
  • Real estate professionals
  • Teachers

You already have

  • Knowledge

Years of expertise in an industry you understand from the inside.

  • Money

Enough to invest in something real, not just a weekend experiment.

  • Ambition

The sense that you could build something of your own.

What’s missing

  • Time

Your evenings and weekends are already spoken for.

  • Execution

The dozens of skills it takes to go from idea to paying customers.

That’s exactly what Singly provides.

Portfolio mode

Own a portfolio, not just a startup.

When one business works, start the next. Singly runs them side by side, moves effort to what’s working, and carries what it learns from one company to the others.

  • One owner, many companies

Every business in one place — one inbox, one brief, a Business Score for each.

  • Resource allocation

“Clearflow has stronger traction than Tutorly. I recommend moving 70% of this month’s growth budget to Clearflow.”

  • Cross-business learning

“This checkout pattern increased conversion at Clearflow. Should I test it on Tutorly?”

Company names are examples. Portfolio mode is included on Operator (up to 5 companies) and Autopilot (up to 25).

Built by customer zero

Singly is the system behind them.

Singly’s founder builds and runs a portfolio of products — while holding a full-time engineering leadership job. People kept asking the same questions. The honest answer is a system: one that sits above the code, the deploys, the analytics, the payments and the marketing, and keeps all of it moving.

Singly is that system, built first for its founder, now for you.

  • “How are you doing all of this?”
  • “What system are you using?”
  • “Where would I even start?”

Plus usage for expensive external work — like ad spend, paid data or heavy compute. Always shown up front, before it’s spent.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You describe what you want to build in plain language. Singly handles the research, product, code, hosting, payments and analytics. If you are technical, you can look under the hood at any time — but you never have to.

Do I own the code and the company?

Yes. The business is yours: the code lives in your repositories, and the domain, payment account, customers and revenue belong to you. Singly works on your behalf; it doesn’t take equity or a revenue share.

What does Singly need from me each week?

Decisions, mostly. You tell Singly how much time you can give — even two hours a week — and it designs the work around that. Anything that needs you lands in one inbox with Singly’s recommendation and an estimate of how many minutes it will take.

What if I already have a product or business?

Singly can start from where you are. Connect your site, repository, analytics and payments. Singly audits what exists, gives it a Business Score, ranks the 10 highest-impact changes, and starts on the first six — alongside you.

What does “autonomy” mean? Can I approve everything?

Autonomy is how much Singly may do without asking, set per company: Recommend (Singly only recommends and drafts), Assisted (you approve anything visible or costly), Managed (Singly handles low-risk work) and Autopilot (Singly operates inside your limits). Every action gets a risk class. Moving money, taking loans, terminating accounts, signing consequential contracts and deleting data always need your explicit approval — at every level.

Is there anything Singly can’t do on its own?

Yes, and it says so. Some steps are yours by law or by account ownership: filing an LLC or taxes, signing contracts, buying ads through your ad account, or posting to a social account you haven’t connected. For those, Singly prepares everything and you complete the final step. Legal documents are drafts for review, not legal advice.

I have a full-time job. When does Singly need me?

On your schedule. Side-business mode avoids work hours, batches approvals, and sends evening or weekend summaries. Weekend Founder asks on Friday what you want done and reports on Sunday. Build-while-you-work sends one summary when your workday ends.

Is Singly a chatbot?

No. You can talk to Singly, but the center of the product is your company: its objective, the work in progress, what changed since yesterday, and what needs you. Singly doesn’t tell you how to build it. It builds it.

Everyone can own a company without having to operate one.
